Sewage Back up in Henrietta NY

We received a phone call from a woman who lives in Henrietta NY.  She said its a one bedroom apartment and there was a minor leak from her bathroom.  She stated it happened a few days ago but she is a nurse and hasn't really been home to deal with it. Well when our technician arrived on site, he did not find a "minor leak".  She was at work while he was on site and when she returned from work she couldn't believe the difference.  It was literally like night and day.
