Water Damage in Apartment in Rochester, NY

This apartment building in Rochester, New York was the result of a burst pipe in the ceiling.  Our customers said the water came down from the ceiling and traveled into the kitchen, living room, and bedroom of the apartment. When we arrived on the scene, the carpets and flooring in the affected rooms were very wet. We were instructed to remove the laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen, and also remove the carpet in the bedroom.  We then patched the ceiling after removing all the wet drywall.  Our customers were very satisfied with how quickly we were able to dry the apartment and get them back to everyday life.
