Mud Slide in Rochester, NY

The picture on the left hand side depicts mud and water that came in through the basement door of a residential home in Rochester. Mudslides develop when water rapidly accumulates in the ground and results in a surge of water-saturated rock, earth, and debris. When we arrived at the house our customer was very upset and couldn't believe this had happened to her house.  By the time we left, our customer couldn't even tell there had been any mud in her basement.  She was surprised how fast we extracted the mud and couldn't believe what a great job we had done.
