If you didn't already guess, our customer experienced a "puff back".  A puff back is a misfiring in the furnace that, at its worst, can send soot throughout your home or business, covering drapes, bedding, furniture, cabinets, walls, and everything in between. Within a day we were able to mitigate the damage and our customer was thrilled with the results. He couldn't believe how thoroughly we cleaned everything and he said that the walls were the cleanest they have ever been!
