Mold in Basement of Rochester Home

The pictures are from a moldy basement in Rochester, NY. Our customer said that he had some water enter his basement over the years and now he is trying to sell his home. We were able to remove the mold by using a wire brush and HEPA vacuum.  Then we sanitized the affected area with antimicrobial. Since we heard that the basement takes on water from time to time, we decided to encapsulate the walls in order to prevent future mold growth. Our customer could not believe how quickly we were able to transform his basement into selling condition!
